Wilson won a 2000 MLS Cup Championship with Kansas City, and claimed a USL First Division Championship with the Battery in 2003. He earned all-USL First Division team honors while with Charleston. Wilson retired from professional soccer in September, 2012.
John had a distinguished collegiate career while at Clemson. He was an all-conference ACC selection in 1997 and 1998, and he helped lead the Tigers to an ACC title in 1998. Wilson scored 18 goals and doled out 35 assists while at Clemson.
